WARRANTY
All GODCROWN headwear include an exclusive GODCROWN WARRANTY. If for any reason your GODCROWN experiences any warranty defect, within (7) days of receiving your original order, GODCROWN will ship out a brand new replacement unit at no extra charge. A warranty replacement fee of €33 may apply if warranty issues occur after eleven (7) days of receiving your original order, as well as all additional shipping costs for warranty replacement must be paid by the customer.
GODCROWN will determine if the damage was caused by the customer or faulty product, in the case of the first situation, no refund or warranty replacement will be given after eleven (7) days of receiving your original order.
All GODCROWN headwear must be stored in a cool, dry place and must be washed by hand only in cold water, failure to do so may result in a damaged product.
ALL THE IMPERFECTIONS OR NUANCES OF COLOUR ARE DUE TO THE ORIGINAL SPECIAL 3D PRODUCTION & HAND CRAFTING PROCESS AND ARE NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AS DEFECT.
GODCROWN is not responsible for wear and tear damages.
